SpecSys Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Engineer in the upper Midwest region to lead mechanical design for mobile equipment, including structural, fluid power and powertrain systems.

You will manage complex projects, provide direction for engineers, perform CAD work and analysis, and coordinate with manufacturing and project managers to ensure on time, on budget, done right, and done safely outcomes.

Qualificações

• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and manage other engineers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a track record in mobile equipment design.
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Experience with design of mobile equipment systems and heavy machinery.
• Ability to interact at a management level with Manufacturing Operations, Sales, Clients, and Quality.

• Verifying the design meets performance and configuration specifications.
• Contract management to verify the project is completed on time and on budget.

• Providing work instructions for engineers, designers and drafters.
