SpecSys Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design of mobile equipment, including structural, fluid power, and powertrain systems. You will manage complex projects and mentor other engineers while coordinating with manufacturing and project managers to ensure timely, on-budget completion and safe, quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of project experience, a BS/MS in engineering, and strong leadership. MBA or related advanced degree is valued.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in mechanical, agriculture, electrical or aerospace engineering.
• 8+ years of proven project experience.
• MBA or advanced degree appreciated but not required.
• Ability to lead and manage engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Verify designs meet performance and configuration specifications.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and clients for requirements.
• Provide work instructions for engineers, designers and drafters.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports.
• Perform engineering calculations and provide technical data for clients.
