Core States Group is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to design and manage mechanical engineering projects across HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. You will collaborate with site/civil, electrical, structural engineers, architects and project managers to produce construction documents that meet client and code requirements.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating with subconsultants, maintaining budgets and schedules, and guiding a multi-disciplinary team through design

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with general building mechanical design production for commercial projects.
• PE License required.
• Revit and MS Office required, AutoCAD a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site visits and generate reports based on findings.
• Produce design plans, calculations and reports with limited direction.
• Coordinate with subconsultants and manage budgets and schedules.
• Lead production staff and coordinate addendums, RFIs and change orders.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary work during design development and contract document phases.
• Other related responsibilities as necessary.
