EXP is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC and piping design for Hospitality, Entertainment & Healthcare projects from our Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. You will mentor junior staff, perform QA/QC, and develop basis of design narratives to meet project goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of building HVAC experience, and REVIT MEP proficiency; Registered Professional Engineer is preferred. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of building HVAC and piping design experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• REVIT MEP proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and direct less experienced mechanical staff on all responsibilities.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of calculations, specifications, reports and drawings.
• Develop basis of design narratives and write new specifications sections as needed.
• Perform life-cycle cost analyses and energy calculations for HVAC systems.
• Travel to project sites to review progress and solve problems within time and budget.
