Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in project management or leading teams.
• Material Handling Experience.
• Proficient in AutoDesk Suite (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Forma).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI, Project).
• Willing to travel domestically up to 10% with occasional international opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to mentor, coach, and develop engineers.
• Translate customer requirements into mechanical systems.
• Optimize baggage system functionality with cross-functional team.
• Design mechanical models using Revit and AutoCAD 3D.
• Ensure safety via clearance analysis and ergonomics.
• Perform system and component level calculations.
• Coordinate building interfaces and resolve clashes.
• Support procurement with BOMs and RFQs.
• Provide engineering documentation for installation.
• Support installation and commissioning teams on-site and remotely.
