Strategy Engineering and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical and process engineering groups. You will supervise project work, ensure accurate execution, assist with proposals, and act as a technical advisor.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in mechanical or process engineering within oil & gas, LNG, refinery, or petrochemical environments, with broad upstream/midstream knowledge and licensure in the US.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• 15+ years of mechanical or process engineering experience.
• US professional engineer licensure or ability to obtain in multiple states.

Responsabilités

• Supervise engineers in project execution for offshore/onshore oil & gas facilities.
• Define equipment design requirements for offshore/onshore facilities.
• Contribute to cost estimates and scopes of work for proposals; ensure clarity of deliverables.
• Ensure quality and technical accuracy of all deliverables.
• Serve as technical advisor and facilitate cross‑dept communication.
• Coordinate with drafting/piping for mechanical/process drawings.
