Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in preconstruction with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated management of bidding process for conceptual estimates.
• Strong technical writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and distribute bid documentation for RFPs.
• Prepare written scopes of work for subcontracts.
• Supervise junior estimators and provide training.
