You will oversee cost evaluation, budgeting, and constructability reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize execution and delivery. Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments, with travel as needed to project sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in preconstruction management focusing on mechanical systems in mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, cost assessments, and value-based engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities
