Qualifications

• Proven experience in mission-critical and data center projects; semiconductor, power, or EV battery plant experience acceptable.
• 3–6 years in preconstruction or cost management.
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, value engineering, and project planning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Calm, composed, and professional demeanor aligned with company culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for mission-critical and data center projects, ensuring alignment with goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans.
• Oversee cost estimation, value engineering, and risk management processes.
• Provide technical expertise in planning and design phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including bid solicitation and evaluation.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, budgets, and schedules to stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to construction phases, maintaining continuity and quality.
