Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a senior-level engineer/PM to lead mechanical construction efforts for data center projects across the United States. The role involves guiding design interpretation, coordinating multi-discipline teams, and driving schedule and cost efficiencies.

The position requires substantial experience in mechanical engineering or construction management on industrial projects, with a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent construction experience.
• Bilingual or multi-discipline backgrounds welcomed.
• Experience interpreting mechanical drawings and specs for construction purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in resolving design and constructability concerns in mechanical systems.
• Identify opportunities for schedule and cost savings through design and modularization.
• Coordinate cross-discipline evaluation of mechanical scope for sequencing and build-out.
• Identify long lead risks and synchronize with design and construction schedules.
