Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Mechanical Preconstruction Manager in St. Louis, MO, to handle all aspects of preconstruction for mechanical systems. This critical role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, coordinating scopes with other trades, and interacting with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in preconstruction/estimating focused on mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior estimators and assist in their training.
