Job summary

CUSTOMIZED MECHANICAL SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of industrial piping projects involving aviation fuel, diesel fuel, and process piping systems.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, manage budgets and schedules, and deliver high-quality mechanical installations for fuel handling, storage, and distribution in energy environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in mechanical project management with fuel systems.
• Experience from FEED through commissioning in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of piping materials and NDT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for industrial piping projects.
• Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers.
• Oversee engineering design coordination (P&IDs, isometrics, stress analysis).
• Coordinate procurement of piping materials and equipment and ensure vendor qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3/B31.4/API standards and safety requirements.
