Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. With at least 5 years in a similar role, you will ensure policy adherence, maintain quality, and drive projects to completion within budget, all while fostering a safe and inclusive workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage differences and diversity in the workplace.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
• OSHA-30 certification (if not currently certified, must be obtained within six (6) months from date of hire).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate craft personnel to meet labor needs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards.
• Assess crew skills and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems before escalation.
• Handle administrative duties and required paperwork.
• Use time management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay diplomatic under pressure.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
