CDM Smith is seeking an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with deep HVAC and plumbing expertise to lead complex projects and drive innovative engineering solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering and PE license.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture client relationships and lead project delivery for MEP/Facilities opportunities.
• Work with sales to develop compliant proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Attend conferences to improve visibility of the firm's products and services.
• Develop HVAC master plans, plumbing systems, and energy efficiency or green building solutions.
• Review designs for compliance with regulations and firm policies.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and supervise junior engineers.
