You'll lead the project schedule and budget, provide technical mentorship, and ensure excellence in mechanical system design.

Your responsibilities include project leadership, document preparation, client interaction, and team development. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and relevant credentials are required, along with significant experience in the field.

We offer a competitive salary range of $118,100–$147,600 annually along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years Mechanical engineering experience or 6–10 years related work experience.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Strong organization and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through design and construction phases.
• Prepare deliverable documents including narratives and specifications.
• Attend client meetings and ensure interdisciplinary coordination.
