Job summary

RIMEPRO INC. seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects in the Atlanta market. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, GCs, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in commercial mechanical contracting, strong budgeting/scheduling skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining client relationships and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in a commercial mechanical contractor
• Experience managing commercial HVAC and/or plumbing installation projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience working directly with general contractors, owners, architects, and engineers
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout construction
• Support project teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
• Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously while providing leadership to field and office teams
