You will ensure design compliance, budgets, and schedules while coordinating cross-functional teams and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 5+ years in project management, 3+ years in hoisting equipment design, and experience with underground mining operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in mechanical project management.
• 3+ years of experience with mechanical hoisting equipment design and operation.
• 5+ years of experience supporting underground mining operations preferred.
• PE license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead full lifecycle of mechanical projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop scopes, schedules, resource plans, and budgets for hoist/vertical conveyance projects.
• Coordinate with mechanical/electrical designers, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct site assessments, QA/QC checks, and foster client relationships.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of proprietary system designs.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across all phases.
