Job summary

EXP is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Mining team in our US offices. You’ll lead engineering and design efforts for complex mining projects, mentor the design team, and coordinate with clients to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, PE licensure, and 10+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering/design for industrial settings.
• Experience with proposal preparation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for projects including cost estimates and timelines.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for mining infrastructure layouts.
• Mentor and supervise the design team.
• Coordinate with client representatives and internal stakeholders.
