Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 10+ professionals across three divisions.
• Oversee engineering and design functions in Heavy Civil, Mine Development, and OEM manufacturing.
• Manage project engineering schedules and budgets.
• Serve as liaison with division managers, clients, vendors, and regulators.
• Drive cost, delivery, and quality improvements and mentor staff.
