Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
• 10+ years in engineering leadership/operations management.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Experience with mechanical systems design for large-scale construction.
• Strong fabrication, hydraulic, and electrical interface knowledge.
• Proficient CAD and mechanical design tools.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mechanical engineers and designers.

• Drive innovation in mechanical systems design including hoisting and shaft equipment.
• Manage project engineering schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Implement and improve engineering standards, manufacturing practices, and quality processes.
