Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from planning through completion across locations in the U.S. The role requires a strong mechanical engineering background and a proven PM track record with safety and quality focus.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and vendor contracts while maintaining OSHA-30 safety standards and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering or construction.
• OSHA-30 certification required.
• Strong MS Office and software skills.
• Experience with construction management and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed for on-time delivery.
• Manage budgets and change orders; negotiate contracts.
• Ensure documentation complies with standards and safety protocols.
