Job summary

Jobot seeks Mechanical Project Managers in Texas to lead data center projects for a nationwide contractor. You will manage mechanical scope, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and field staff. A travel package is provided.

Candidates should have 5+ years of PM experience in mechanical/MEP, a B.S. in Mechanical Eng or Construction Science, OSHA-30, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Science.
• OSHA-30 certification and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mechanical projects including documentation, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Conduct change order pricing and negotiate contracts to optimize costs.
• Lead and coordinate project teams with clear communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards.
• Maintain safe, OSHA-compliant work environments and manage risk.
• Adapt to new software systems to improve efficiency.
