Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead multiple live data center upgrades and new builds across US campuses. You will coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, EH&S, Energy, Design, and Operations to deliver critical facilities projects on schedule and within budget.

You will manage budgets, partner with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure constructability input, performance specifications, and safety standards throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data center construction project management experience.
• Experience leading architects, engineers and consultants from programming to completion.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Background in data center/commercial/industrial construction including MEP systems.
• Ability to read design and construction drawings.
• Experience coordinating local utilities and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent Apple's interest at meetings with consultants, GCs and suppliers.
• Meet with internal groups to determine detailed project requirements.
• Drive internal and external partners to meet deadlines per the project delivery schedule.
• Build and maintain project budgets including securing internal approvals for capital funding.
