Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience focused on hyperscale or large-scale colocation data center construction and commissioning.
• Experience overseeing the mechanical equipment procurement lifecycle including bid leveling, PO issuance, shop drawing review, and vendor milestone scheduling.
• Experience developing and executing Commissioning (Cx) Plans and IST coordination.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 40-50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full mechanical equipment lifecycle from design to closeout.
• Manage procurement, FATs, and vendor coordination for mechanical and BMS equipment.
• Coordinate TAB activities to ASHRAE/NFPA standards and commissioning plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
