Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Georgia to lead large construction initiatives, coordinating with field PMs, GCs, and owners. The role demands strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and strategic cost control across multi-project efforts.

You will drive preconstruction planning, subcontractor management, design coordination, and change-order processes while ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required/strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience or training.
• Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, GCs and owners, nurturing successful relationships for project success.
• Manage pre-construction, preplanning, and construction scheduling, leveraging relationships with GCs.
• Subcontractor management to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project budgets (labor, materials, subs) and resource allocation.
• Resolve design conflicts and coordinate with engineers and architects.
• Lead submittals, RFI, and change order processes; cost reporting and projections.
