Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC in North Carolina is hiring a Foreman – TRK/INF to supervise the lay out, assembly, and installation of mechanical piping and sheet metal duct systems at job sites. The role requires 5 years of sheet metal or piping experience, plus 1 year in supervision, and the ability to read blueprints.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery while coordinating with the team and customers.

Qualifications

5 years of commercial sheet metal or mechanical piping experience.
1+ year of supervisory experience.
Ability to read blueprints.
Must have personal hand tools and present professional appearance.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

Supervise the layout, assembly, and installation of duct systems and piping at job sites.
Support the Superintendent to complete projects on time, safely, and under budget.
Test mechanical systems for safety and functionality.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials on job sites.
Communicate professionally with management and team members.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain professional communication with customers in person and via email.
