Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Foreman - Mechanical to lead layout, assembly, and installation of mechanical piping and sheet metal ductwork at job sites. The role requires hands-on oversight to ensure projects run safely, on time, and within budget.

The candidate should have 5 years of related experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and be able to communicate clearly with the Superintendent. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial sheet metal or mechanical piping experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Superintendent and follow directions.
• Must be reliable, arrive on time and in uniform.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Physical demands include frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs and other heavy tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise layout, assembly and installation of mechanical piping and sheet metal duct systems at job sites.
• Support the Superintendent to complete projects on time, safely and within budget.
• Test mechanical systems for safety and functionality.
• Observe and correct unsafe work environments.
• Other duties as assigned by the company.
