Job summary

A leading mechanical contractor in Eden Prairie is seeking a Senior Mechanical Piping Coordinator/VDC Technician. This role involves reviewing construction documents, coordinating systems in Revit, and leading project meetings. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. The position offers an estimated salary range of $82,000 to $112,000 plus benefits, including insurance and a 401K matching plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing expertise.
• Design or field experience is strongly recommended but not necessary.
• Intermediate family editing in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Review plumbing and mechanical construction documents to create construction models.
• Coordinate mechanical and plumbing systems using fabrication parts in Revit and Navis.
• Lead mechanical and plumbing teams in project coordination meetings.
