Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or CAD-related certification; not required if Revit/Navis proficiency is shown.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal coordination or related field.
• Knowledge of HVAC duct and piping materials installation.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems materials installation.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Review construction docs to create corresponding models.
• Coordinate mechanical and plumbing systems in Revit and Navis.
• Produce field installation drawings and reports.
• Maintain communication with field teams, fabrication team, and PMs.
• Lead mechanical and plumbing coordination meetings.
• Set up projects in Revit and perform intermediate family editing.
