Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance across Distribution Facilities. You will provide technical guidance for inspections, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee contractor work to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires extensive hands-on maintenance experience, strong knowledge of CMMS (SAP), regulatory standards, and the ability to travel 70–80%.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in plant mechanical maintenance or closely related field.
Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP) and standard MS Office tools.
Knowledge of API 510/570/653, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, NBIC and local standards.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to maintenance planning and inspection protocols.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee mechanical maintenance projects and inspections at CF Industries' Distribution Facilities.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations for maintenance inspections and repairs.
Lead cross-functional teams and supervise contractors to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective execution.
Provide on-site training to Distribution personnel on equipment inspection and maintenance.
Develop programmed maintenance plans, record-keeping, and emergency response procedures.
Communicate maintenance activities and terminal status to leadership.
Collaborate with vendors/contractors to define scopes and plans, overseeing on-site and off-site work.
