Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and oversight of mechanical maintenance across Distribution Facilities. You will assess equipment, schedule inspections, and coordinate repairs to ensure reliability and safe operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of fixed and rotating equipment, CMMS (SAP), regulatory codes, and project management, with significant travel to facilities and occasional Canada assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plant mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience interpreting technical documentation and managing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency with CMMS (SAP) to track work orders and history.
• Familiarity with API 510, API 570, API 653, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, NBIC and related standards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel 70-80% and ability to obtain travel visa for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of mechanical maintenance across Distribution Facilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs.
• Provide on-site training to distribution personnel on equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to develop maintenance plans and oversee work.
• Communicate maintenance activity and status to leadership.
