Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and oversight of mechanical maintenance across Distribution Facilities. You will ensure reliability through inspections, upgrades, and targeted maintenance activities, while guiding cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors for safe, effective repairs.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to travel as needed to support facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in plant mechanical maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CMMS such as SAP for work orders and equipment history.
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and codes (API 510/570/653; ASME B&PVC; NBIC).
• Experience in project management including scope, scheduling, and contractor oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across departments and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee mechanical maintenance projects across CF Industries' Distribution Facilities.
• Provide technical expertise for inspections, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs and reliability.
• Provide on-site training to Distribution personnel in equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Oversee contractors and vendors to develop clear maintenance plans and ensure safety and performance.
