Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plant mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing fixed and rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of CMMS and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Performs or manages maintenance on critical mechanical equipment and infrastructure at Distribution Facilities, with specialized expertise related to fixed and rotating industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in support of all maintenance related inspections and projects.
• Readily available to support the mechanical maintenance needs of each facility, providing both remote consultation and on-site assistance for routine and emergency equipment repairs.
• Leads safety initiatives, optimizes resource allocation, and drives continuous improvement through structured planning and predictive maintenance strategies.
