Westlake Epoxy seeks an experienced Mechanical Integrity Inspector to plan, execute, and coordinate inspections of fixed equipment, including pressure vessels and piping, in support of safe, compliant plant operations.

You will maintain RBI and MI records in PCMS/IDMS, evaluate results, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractors while promoting safety and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• API 510, API 570, API 653 certifications required.
• 10+ years of MI/inspection experience with degree or 20+ years without.
• Experience preparing inspection reports and documentation.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule, and perform inspections of fixed equipment per API/ASME standards.
• Maintain RBI and MI data in PCMS/IDMS systems.
• Evaluate inspection results, identify degradation, and recommend repairs.
• Coordinate inspection activities with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and contractors.
• Develop NCRs, repair scopes, and follow-up actions.
• Support turnarounds and major inspection campaigns.
• Ensure MI documentation and corrosion monitoring records are current.

Formazione

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's degree in technical or related field preferred
