Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services seeks experienced API Inspectors to perform mechanical integrity inspections on pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks in field settings. Primary responsibilities include evaluating conditions, applying API/ASME/NBIC codes, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with client specs and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold API 510/570/653 or equivalent certifications, TWIC/DISA access, and robust experience with RBI, IDMS platforms, and digital inspection

Qualifications

• Active API certifications in at least one of the following: API 510, 570 or 653.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug/background checks.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments, including confined spaces and extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal, external, and on-stream inspections per codes (API, ASME, NBIC) and client programs.
• Prepare/review inspection reports, data sheets, and isometric drawings.
• Recommend inspection intervals, corrosion monitoring points, and follow-up actions.
• Identify deficiencies and provide repair/fitness-for-service evaluations when applicable.
• Coordinate with client reps, engineers, and maintenance staff on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with NDT technicians and data-management tools to track asset health.
