Westlake Epoxy is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Integrity Inspector in Houston to plan, schedule, and perform inspections of fixed equipment such as pressure vessels, piping, RBI, and tanks. The role oversees PCMS/IDMS data, evaluates results, and coordinates with operations and contractors to ensure reliability and compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Mechanical Integrity, fixed equipment inspection, or reliability experience with a bachelor's degree, or 20 years of relevant industry experience without a degree.
• Active API 510, API 570, and API 653 certifications required.
• Experience preparing inspection reports, technical recommendations, and documentation.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule, and perform inspections of fixed equipment in accordance with API, ASME, and company standards.
• Maintain Mechanical Integrity and RBI data within PCMS/IDMS systems.
• Evaluate inspection results, identify degradation, and recommend repairs or corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspection activities with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and third-party contractors.
• Develop and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), repair scopes, and follow-up actions.
• Support turnarounds, outages, and major inspection campaigns.
• Ensure documentation, corrosion monitoring records, and inspection programs remain current.
• Promote compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve Mechanical Integrity processes and equipment reliability
