Job summary

Hilcorp Energy Company in Alaska seeks an Inspector III to assure the mechanical integrity of boilers, vessels, piping, and associated equipment through visual and NDE methods, audits, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage inspection programs, coordinate with engineers and contractors, review NDE results, and supervise contract inspectors, while traveling to remote Arctic sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active API 570/653 inspector certifications preferred.
• NB Commission within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory piping, tank, boiler and pressure vessel inspection programs.
• Create yearly inspection scopes and schedules.
• Review welding procedures and NDE results for acceptance.
• Supervise contract inspectors and NDE personnel.
