Hilcorp Energy Company seeks an Inspector III to assure mechanical integrity of vessels, boilers, piping, tanks and lifting equipment across Alaska assets. You will supervise visual and NDE examinations, coordinate with engineers, operators, and contractors, and ensure code compliance.

Responsibilities include managing inspection programs, creating scopes, scheduling, reviewing results, and acting as Authorized Inspector for repairs.

Qualificações

• Ten years of industrial inspection experience.
• Familiar with NBIC-23; OSHA PSM; ADEC; ADOL; ASME; API 570, 650, 653, 12R1, 14E, 14C & RP 2A-WSD, API 1104; STI SP 001 & 031; UL-142; CFR 192 & 195; 30 CFR Part 250, Subpart I.
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and specs
• Strong communication and ethical conduct

Responsabilidades

• Manage regulatory piping, tank, boiler and pressure vessel inspection programs.
• Create yearly inspection scopes and schedules.
• Review fabrication and inspection results and determine re-inspection dates.
• Issue, track, and close out deficiencies from inspections.
• Act as Authorized Inspector for the Repair Company and oversee repairs and alterations.
• Review welding procedures, welder qualifications, and contract NDE procedures and certifications.
