Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional construction project experience.
• Experience in the mechanical insulation scope of construction subcontracts.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Proven vendor relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with digital takeoff and construction software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of mechanical insulation projects.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting and PM duties.
• Coordinate with clients, GC, subcontractors for successful execution.
• Lead field operations, labor planning and supervision.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve jobsite issues.
• Ensure safety standards and client requirements.
• Review drawings/submittals for scope accuracy.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and documentation.
• Mentor project engineers and field team members.
