Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing boilers, chillers, hydronic systems, and plumbing systems, reading blueprints, and collaborating with the team to meet timelines while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience with commercial hydronics, HVAC, boilers, hot water systems, heat exchangers, steam systems, and chillers.
• Knowledge of commercial service and construction plumbing.
• Must hold Texas Journeyman Plumber License; MedGas License required.
• EPA certification is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, service and repairs of hydronic and facility systems.
• Maintain boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• Maintain all pumped systems (chilled water, hot water, condensate, medical air, vacuum, DA tanks).
• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems.
• Read blueprints to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Adhere to safety standards and document work.
• Take calls as needed and keep accurate records.

• Starting Wage: $40.00 - $50.00 an hour. Weekly Pay!

Responsibilities for the Senior Mechanical HVAC Plumbing Systems Technician position includes:

• Assists in the proper maintenance, troubleshooting, service and repairs of commercial hydronics, heat exchangers, facility equipment and systems.
• Maintains and repairs steam/hot water boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Maintains all pumped systems including: chilled water, condensate water, domestic hot and cold water, heating hot water, condensate, sewage ejector, medical air, vacuum, DA tanks, and mechanical air.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment is repaired efficiently and within the specified timeline.
• Adhere to all relevant safety standards and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Call as needed.

Requirements for the Senior Mechanical HVAC Plumbing Systems Technician position includes:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience or combination of experience with commercial hydronics, HVAC, boilers, hot water systems, heat exchangers, steam systems, chillers, hydraulic pumps and mechanical maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of both Commercial Service & Construction Plumbing
• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License required, and a MedGas License is required.
• EPA certification is a plus
• Ability to take call as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and writing diagrams
• Strong knowledge of industrial hydronics, commercial plumbing systems, central plant systems, tools, and materials.
• Prior experience handling complex hospital shutdowns, system diagnostics, and equipment replacements is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Valid driver's license.
