Qualifications
10+ years of consulting/design engineering experience.
Active California P.E. license required.
Experience with DSA/educational projects and city approvals.
LEED AP BD+C and Hydrotec experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design.
Develop energy models and feasibility studies.
Coordinate BMS controls and building pressurization plans.
Manage construction administration including RFIs and site meetings.
Support proposal development and client communication.
