Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building and testing hardware in manufacturing or integration
• Experience investigating hardware issues and implementing corrective actions
• Familiar with assembly and test procedures including tolerance analysis and proof testing
• Ability to interface across design, manufacturing, supply chain and test teams to ensure quality and schedule

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from design release through build, test and delivery for vehicle sub-systems
• Develop and release build flows, work instructions and test procedures for repeatable high-quality execution
• Support first article builds focusing on manufacturability and scalability
• Provide hands-on floor support during build and test, resolving issues in real time
• Coordinate across design, supply chain, production and test teams for part readiness and handoffs
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing systems and infrastructure development
