Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Facilities Service Manager – Mechanical to lead the onsite mechanical facilities team, oversee maintenance of mission-critical cooling and HVAC systems, and ensure uptime for hyperscale data center operations.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will manage technicians, drive in-house maintenance programs, and coordinate vendors to maintain safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical service, or critical facilities maintenance.
• Experience leading technicians or field maintenance operations.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite mechanical facilities technician team responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service execution for mission-critical cooling and HVAC systems.
• Direct manager for Mechanical Facilities Technicians, providing leadership and performance management.
• Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for mechanical systems.
• Oversee maintenance and service execution for large-scale mechanical and cooling infrastructure.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and internal service teams, enforcing SLAs and safe practices.
• Track system health, reliability, and energy performance to improve uptime.
