Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager - Mechanical to lead the safe, reliable operation of mission-critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. You will report to the Site Operations Director and own mechanical plant operations, maintenance execution, and technician leadership across cooling and HVAC infrastructure.

You will oversee chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and related controls, ensuring uptime while maintaining safety and adherence

Qualifications

• Experience leading safe, reliable operation of mission-critical mechanical systems.
• Maintenance execution and preventive maintenance program experience.
• Vendor management and performance oversight skills.
• Team leadership of technicians in cooling and HVAC infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and related controls.
• Ensure uptime, safety, and compliance with Oracle standards in day-to-day plant operations.
• Lead operational readiness and service execution rather than long-range design authority.
