Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager – Mechanical in Abilene, Texas, responsible for managing operations of critical mechanical systems supporting OCI data centers. This on-site position requires strong leadership skills for managing technicians and ensuring operational readiness.

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in mechanical plant operations and a commitment to safety and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in mechanical plant operations or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, cooling towers, and related controls.
• Experience leading technicians in a live operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for mechanical and HVAC infrastructure.
• Own mechanical plant readiness including preventive maintenance.
• Manage Facilities Technicians and vendors for quality of work.
