Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of estimating experience in construction or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client/stakeholder interactions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to mentor junior staff and lead estimation teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, check work, and mentor Estimators and Estimating Engineers.
• Develop conceptual estimates and lead major estimating efforts.
• Present estimating results to clients and stakeholders and coordinate with architects/engineers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related job field
