Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience on large, complex commercial projects.
• Experience with Design-Build, Design-Assist, Plans & Specifications, and conceptual estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems.
• Develop competitive bid proposals and comprehensive estimate packages.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Identify risks, scope gaps, constructability concerns, and cost impacts.
• Collaborate with project teams on value engineering and cost-saving solutions.
• Support preconstruction strategy, bid reviews, and turnover after award.
