• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial or industrial construction projects (HVAC/Plumbing).
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope documents for accuracy.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Lead bid reviews and support bid strategy decisions.
• Develop estimating databases, cost histories, and benchmarks.
• Input labor, materials, and equipment costs into estimating software.

Responsibilities
