William R. Nash LLC seeks an Estimator to evaluate bid specs and drawings, and perform itemized piping and equipment takeoffs for project estimates. The role uses 3D on‑screen estimating software to create takeoffs for pipe, valves, fittings, and ductwork, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely quotations.

You will support Sr. Estimators and the Estimating Manager in bid and budget preparations, and assist Jr. Estimators by sharing knowledge and guidance within a dynamic estimating team.

Competenze

• Minimum of five to ten years of estimating experience with itemized take‑offs.
• Proficiency in 3D on‑screen take‑offs and MS Excel.
• Experience with Procore and BIM/CAD 3D tools is preferred.

Mansioni

• Review bid documents to understand project requirements.
• Prepare material profiles for piping systems and bid descriptions.
• Conduct 3D on‑screen take‑offs for pipe, valves, fittings, HVAC, and ductwork.
• Solicit quotes from vendors/subcontractors and manage bid packages.
• Assemble data for estimates and proposals with the Estimating Team.
