Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a Construction Estimator III to analyze project documents and determine estimated costs. You will prepare material takeoffs for Preconstruction Services and collaborate with Project Management to support nationwide bids.

Responsibilities include leading estimating activities, driving takeoff efficiency with 3D technology, and coordinating with vendors for timely, accurate bids. Strong Excel and blueprint-reading skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Engineering, Technology or similar field.
• 5+ years of related estimating experience.
• Construction experience; facade experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project documents to determine and prepare estimated cost.
• Prepare material quantity takeoffs for Preconstruction Services Manager to bid.
• Drive takeoff efficiency using 3D technology and estimating software.
